Two stars of dance and one of piano.
The Daniele Cipriani Entertainment company of Rome brings a show of the highest international level to the Teatro Verdi in Sassari. On stage for "Echoes of life" the étoiles of the Hamburg Ballett Silvia Azzoni and Oleksandr Riabko together with the Polish pianist Michal Bialk, another award-winning artist.
“ Echoes of life ” is the flagship show of the 2023 edition of “ Bodies in motion ”, a tribute from Danzeventi to the Sassari public for the twenty years of activity of the art dance festival.
The work, inspired by the myth of Narcissus in an original version inherited from Pausanias, tells a story of emancipation, liberation and overcoming a broken relationship. If in Ovid's story, Narcissus falls in love with his reflection and is condemned to die out of desperation, in Pausanias' intuition, he instead becomes infatuated with his twin sister, with whom he shares the same features.
