«Having stood out in such a varied panorama which saw the participation of numerous oils from all over the world confirms the path of growth and renewal undertaken by the company aimed at bringing the consumer ever closer to the quality and authenticity of the product», specifies the young Laura Cocco, brand manager of the group.
Peddio is a historic company, around 70 hectares of olive growing area managed firmly by the owner Giovanni Cocco, who passed down his grandparents' know-how and passion for olive growing to his children. Now we have reached the fourth generation with the young daughters Laura, active in marketing the brand and Giulia who is responsible for making the company reality known, with guided tours of the precious olive groves, the modern oil mill and the evocative museum.

Agri-food company always in step with the times and attentive to innovation, with new seedlings planted of native cultivars such as Bosana, and those more resistant to climate change and periods of drought. Continuous production cycle: the remains of the oil production, the pomace is collected by a company in the Oristano area to produce biogas, while the previously extracted pit is used as fuel in the same production phase of the oil.
The awards in Montecarlo «enhance the company, promote the territory and disseminate and make known the excellence of our island», concludes Laura.
