Another bitter away match, very bitter indeed because the deficit is worse than the one against Rimini. Carrarese prevailed 5-1 over a Torres who confirmed that they were in decline and with more than one tired player. In the first half, Greco's rossoblù also had some good outbursts, but the defensive phase was still insufficient and in the second half they were a shipwreck despite the switch to 4-4-2.

The match was immediately unlocked by the home team. In the 4th minute Cicconi cuts from the right for Imperiale who puts it back in the middle almost from the left and Panico converts into the net. In the quarter of an hour Giorico steals the ball, serves Ruocco who widens to the right for Zecca: great shot and Bleve opposes it.

In the 19th minute, push from behind into the area for Zecca. Served by Ruocco, and the referee overlooks it. In the 25th minute, a short, powerful right-footed clearance from outside the area by Schiavi hits the left post. In the 34th minute Carrarese loses the ball, recovers Zambataro who serves Ruocco in the area but Di Gennaro uproots the ball before he shoots.

In the 43rd minute, Carrarese's percussion, the ball cleared badly, Palmieri catches up and kicks an unstoppable diagonal shot from the left into the opposite corner.

In the 65th minute, Palmieri's shot: a miracle from Zaccagno who touches it and then throws it out before it crosses the line but Panico catches it and scores. And it's Capello's poker on a ball that Toirres is unable to clear: the tip goes away among the defenders and scores. And it's humiliation in the 75th minute with Morosini scoring.

New substitute Menabò scored the winning goal in the 37th minute when he was brought down in the area by Grassini: Scotto converted the penalty.
