The Rome Public Prosecutor's Office has requested the indictment of the former Juventus president , Andrea Agnelli , and other former managers at the time at the top of the Juventus club, including Pavel Nedved, Maurizio Arrivabene and Fabio Paratici as part of the investigation relating to the capital gains and salary adjustments .
The charges against the suspects, around ten, are, depending on the positions, market manipulation, obstruction of supervision and false invoicing .
The proceeding, coordinated by the deputy Giuseppe Cascini and the deputy Lorenzo Del Giudice, had come to the attention of the Capitoline magistrates after the decision of the Cassation which had declared the territorial incompetence of the Turin Prosecutor's Office.
