Cagliari, the Bastione returns to the spotlight with "See You at Sunset."
Two evenings of music, sharing, and one of the most evocative views of the city.

The Bastione Saint Remy is preparing to return to the spotlight of Cagliari's summer with two evenings of music, fellowship, and one of the city's most evocative views. Tomorrow and Saturday will see the start of "See You at Sunset," a new event in the Storie di Bastione series, produced by Tra Le Nuvole. The goal is to transform one of Cagliari's symbols into a gathering place open to residents and visitors, featuring shows, entertainment, and the enchanting sunset. Radiolina will be the media partner for both evenings, providing music, interviews, and live broadcasts.
The appointment
The first evening will be dedicated to electronic music and the sounds that have shaped the Sardinian scene in recent years. Tomorrow's event at 6:00 PM will kick off with the Radio Fortuna collective, who will lead the audience into the sunset with a DJ set designed to kick off the event. Next up will be Stardust, a new project bringing together some of the island's most renowned DJs and producers, including Laddo, JFK, and Luma, long-time fixtures of the Sardinian music scene, along with D-SPE and Piraz. The evening will also feature the Radiolina Showcase, with Sardinia's leading radio station, media partner of the event, bringing the Bastione to life with music, live broadcasts, interviews with artists and attendees, and real-time social media coverage to share the event's atmosphere on digital platforms.
A revival night
Saturday will be a journey through hits spanning three decades of music. NON SOUL FUNKY will lead the audience into the sunset, before leaving the stage for the Forever Young Party, a traveling format that has toured several Italian cities in recent years. The idea is to transform the Bastione Saint Remy into a huge open-air dance floor, revisiting songs that have made entire generations dance. "Forever Young is a party that tours Italy and is characterized by a verve rooted in the past: the goal is to make everyone feel young," explains Davide Siddi, one of the organizers. "The music selection will span from 1980 to 2010: each hour of the show will be dedicated to a different decade. There will be plenty of gadgets and light-up objects to engage the audience and make the experience even more immersive."
The village
Access to the area set up at the Bastione Saint Remy will be free for both evenings. The organizers have chosen a design to enhance one of Cagliari's iconic landmarks without altering its identity. "It will be unobtrusive, in harmony with the surrounding architecture, with white tones and a round stage so the show can be followed from anywhere," explains Davide Siddi. The goal of "See You at Sunset" is precisely to return the Bastione to the citizens as a place of gathering and sharing, where music intertwines with the view and the sunset, transforming one of the capital's most iconic monuments into a lively space open to all.
