Cagliari Primavera shines against Milan: 4-2 at home to the Rossoneri

Extraordinary show of strength by Cagliari Primavera against the second strongest team in the championship. The rossoblù beat Milan 4-2 at the Puma House of Football. And it is a great feat achieved by the boys from Piasacane, capable of beating Italian champions Lecce this season and stopping league leaders Inter.
After a balanced first half which ended goalless (0-0), in which Cagliari closed the spaces very well, preventing Milan from developing their game with fluidity, in the second half the character of the Sardinian team came out and, however, he had taken risks in several situations.
Kingstone breaks the deadlock at the hour mark. The Zambian striker, masterfully served by a precise throw from Carboni from a free kick from midfield, did well to surprise goalkeeper Bartoccioni with a soft touch. Milan was in total confusion and the rossoblù even doubled their lead a minute later with Konate taking advantage of Parmiggiani's defensive sleep.
Cagliari leads 2-0 in the 61st minute but the Rossoneri close the gap shortly after. Splendid play by Liberali who receives Jimenez's cross from the right, chest control in the area, dribble and shoot. The Rossoneri came close to equalizing with Zeroli's header which was practically a sure shot.
But in the 73rd minute the Sardinians incredibly took the lead 3-1. Devastating restart by Vinciguerra who wins the duel with Parmiggiani and then pierces the AC Milan goalkeeper.
The team coached by Ignazio Abate returns to the game again in the 77th minute following a corner, thanks to an own goal by Catena. In the final minutes Cagliari suffers, but in the seventh minute of injury time they find the fourth goal again on the counterattack, with Konate, which is worth the victory.
