A sudden scream in the classroom, the fright of boys and girls, then the vision: a rat was wandering among the backpacks during class time. It happened in the Nanni Loy primary school in via Schiavazzi, part of the Randaccio Tuveri Don Milani Colombo comprehensive institute. An episode that sparked the anger of parents and led to the boycott of lessons yesterday. "Our children are surrounded by rats: they saw them in the classroom and in the gardens. This is unacceptable," the families denounced.
The story begins last Thursday, when a rat was spotted in the classroom by students. But yesterday, after the technicians' inspection, no infestation emerged. No trace of mice therefore, but despite the reassurances the parents remain alert.
