Before her, Marco Meloni, Silvio Lai, Alessandra Todde and Massimo Zedda will speak.

Throughout the day, there will also be a meeting of the clubs, a discussion on housing policies, and prospects for innovation. There will also be a debate on the theme of insularity, with Antonio Nicita, Piero Comandini, Giuseppe Meloni, Carla Bassu, and Gianmario Demuro.
