Slight slowdown in Cagliari in costs for housing, water, electricity and fuel . Compared to last month, the drop in prices is 6.2%, however the plus sign remains (+12% to be precise) compared to the same month (April) of 2022 .

Here are the detailed decreases in prices compared to last month: electricity -18.6%, solid fuels -12.1%, heating oil -6.1%, gas -1.9% .

The data were released by the municipality of Cagliari: the trend index (comparison with 2022) instead records a variation of +7.4%, a decrease compared to the +8.1% recorded in March.

As regards the item "Food products and non-alcoholic beverages", the data tell of a cyclical variation of -0.1%, in contrast with the previous month whose index stood at +1.0%. Specifically, there is no significant change to report on the increase. Significant variations were noted in the categories "Oils and fats" -1.9%, "Coffee, tea and cocoa" and "Mineral waters, soft drinks, fruit and vegetable juices" -1.1% .
