Cagliari lost in their first outing here in Valle D'Aosta in front of an affectionate crowd (around 800 spectators) and it was some defensive errors in the first half that shifted the balance towards Fabregas' team and forced the rossoblù to chase .
The goals: in the 12th minute Cutrone collects a loose ball and in a slide invents a violent right-footed shot that goes behind Scuffet, followed by Belotti - triggered in the center by Da Cunha - avoids Hatzidiakos and scores his first Como goal. At the end of the first half, Deiola's goal was in front of goal.
In the second half, with the pitch swept by a strong wind, there was a lot of confusion but Cagliari was more present in Como's half of the field : with Viola, Piccoli and Kingstone quite dangerous, it was however Como who passed at the first attempt, with Gabrielloni, able to exploit a mistake by Catena.
