Cagliari, Caprile challenges Como: "It's a tough match, but we're ready."

"We have a tough match ahead of us, but we're ready. We want to build on our recent results and get closer to our goal."

Cagliari goalkeeper Elia Caprile, who made a starring role last Friday in Parma with some truly surreal saves, is now challenging Como ahead of their match scheduled for Saturday at 3 pm at the Unipol Domus.

"It will be a tough match against a strong team that is proving they deserve fifth place. We're preparing well and can't wait for Saturday to put ourselves to the test," said the Rossoblu leader during a media briefing at the "Doppio Malto" bar inside the La Corte del Sole shopping center in Sestu. The national team? "It's a dream. I work every day to be called up, but my focus is solely on Cagliari."

He's been the team's captain several times in this championship. "It's an honor for me, as well as a huge responsibility that I'm learning to handle."

What do Cagliari and Cagliari represent? "Cagliari is the team that allowed me to relaunch myself when I wasn't playing much, and I'll always be grateful. Cagliari is the city where my son was born, and I think that says it all."
