Cagliari and Angelozzi, it's over now: the sporting director bids farewell.

It's not official yet, but sporting director Guido Angelozzi and Cagliari are parting ways. The Sicilian director, who arrived in Sardinia last summer, could join Cremonese, but negotiations are still ongoing.

Cagliari, meanwhile, is already looking for his replacement. A few weeks ago, Catanzaro's Ciro Polito's name was circulated. However, as the days go by, this possibility seems increasingly remote. In reality, Cagliari does have a director: Nereo Bonato's contract expires on June 30th.

But Angelozzi's replacement is reportedly moving to Modena. A few names have been circulating. But Cagliari already has their future director in place.
