Matteo Prati is among the twenty-six players called up by Carmine Nunziata for the double fixture of the October break of the Italy Under-21s. The Cagliari midfielder had also been called up in September, but after the hard blow suffered by Patrick Dorgu in the last match before the national commitments - on August 31st in Lecce - he had to leave the retreat early without playing, due to an ankle injury. From then on, Prati has not played again, but he returned to the bench last Monday in Parma-Cagliari and from this week he has been training regularly with the group in Asseminello .

The Italy Under-21 team will gather by 11pm on Sunday at the Olympic Training Centre in Tirrenia.
