Business crisis, a conference in Cagliari with the deputy ministers Leo and Sisto

The deputy ministers of Economy and Justice, Maurizio Leo and Francesco Paolo Sisto , will participate on Friday in Cagliari at the conference "The professional in business crises and insolvency" , organized by the Order of Accountants of Cagliari in collaboration with the National Council and the Category Research Foundation. It will be an opportunity to discuss economic, financial and legal issues related to business crises and insolvency. At the center of the work is a focus on the expected corrective decree of the Crisis Code as well as on the anticipated emergence of the crisis, negotiated settlement, new certification principles and civil and criminal responsibilities of the professional.
The proceedings will be opened by greetings from Elbano de Nuccio (president of the National Council of Accountants), Alberto Vacca (president of the Order of Accountants of Cagliari) and Maurizio de Pascale (president of the Cagliari-Oristano Chamber of Commerce).
Following there will be four round tables. The first, entitled "Waiting for the corrective decree of the CCII" , moderated by Gaetano Savona (magistrate, Cagliari), will be attended by Lucia De Bernardin , (magistrate, Rome), Stefania Pacchi (University of Siena), Luciano Panzani (former president of the Court of Appeal of Rome) and Linda Vaccarella (Ministry of Justice).
At the second round table, entitled “The attestator. The new principles of attestation" and moderated by Cristina Bauco (coordinator of the FNC-Research legal area) will be attended by Marcello Pollio (president of the Crisis and Reorganization Commission of the National Trade Council), Giulio Andreani (technical committee for the tax reform), Alessandro Danovi , (University of Bergamo) and Andrea Panizza (president of “Apri”).
“Early emergence of the crisis and negotiated settlement” is the theme of the third round table. Moderated by Pierpaolo Sanna (councilor with responsibility for corporate crisis management and insolvency procedures), it will see the participation of Maurizio Leo (deputy minister of Economy and Finance), Nicola Caschili (magistrate, Cagliari), Cristiano Erriu (general secretary of the Chamber of commerce of Cagliari), Sandro Pettinato (deputy general secretary of Unioncamere) and Maria Lucetta Russotto (University of Florence).
The last round table will be dedicated to "Civil and criminal responsibilities of the professional" and will be moderated by Maria Carla De Cesari , journalist of Sole 24 Ore. Speakers will include Elbano de Nuccio, Francesco Paolo Sisto (deputy minister of Justice), Gioacchino Angeloni (PhD in general theory of trials) and Andrea Mereu (magistrate, Cagliari).
