Debates, conferences, exhibitions, a book, a splendid sculpture, shows and music. The 28th festival of "Su Zichi" could not have gone better in Bonorva , the typical circular Bonorvese bread that drives residents and tourists crazy.

But last night, from 7 pm until late at night, the great attraction of the festival (which began on 11 August): the tasting in the center of the town of the exquisite bread, with all its infinite variations and accompaniments. And it was a riot of crowds , such as had never been seen in Bonorva . A sign of the great potential of this bread and how much the tastes and foods of Sardinia are appreciated by tourists.

"Three exceptional days of celebration that repay an organization that required a lot of effort - says the mayor of Bonorva Massimo D'Agostino -. Last night more than ever there was proof of how much 'su pane Zichi' can be marketed on national and international scale. As an Administration we will give our maximum support to all those who wish to undertake this adventure ".
