Chef Samuele, together with his kitchen and dining room brigade, prefers local, fresh and valuable raw materials, creating dishes with a modern touch.
From breakfast to dinner, the recipes smell of the season every day. The cuisine that can be tasted is the Mediterranean one, with a look towards the specialties of the area.
