There is talk of heart disease in the new episode of "15 minutes with ..." the in-depth talk on the health of the University Hospital of Cagliari in collaboration with the Unione Sarda group, which will be broadcast live tomorrow at 5pm on the social networks of 'Aou di Cagliari (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube), on the website www.aoucagliari.it, on the Facebook page of the Unione Sarda and on www.unionesarda.it.

Guest of the journalist Fabrizio Meloni (Head of Communication and External Relations of the Aou) will be Dr. Giancarlo Molle, cardiologist at the Duilio Casula Polyclinic.

Cardiovascular diseases are a group of diseases which include ischemic heart diseases, such as acute myocardial infarction and angina pectoris, and cerebrovascular diseases, such as ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke.

They still represent the main cause of death in our country, being responsible for 34.8% of all deaths (31.7% in males and 37.7% in females).
