Two thousand seats and an ecstatic fan. Crowds (announced) yesterday in Golfo Aranci for the long-awaited Gigi d'Alessio concert. The wait to access the show began in the afternoon, when a long queue was created at the entrance to Piazza Cossiga.

And the numbers recorded in the Municipality are mind-boggling: 10 km of queues, 10 thousand people in the concert area and 5 thousand those who were unable to enter. From the stage the Neapolitan singer thanked the mayor and those present, between jokes and smiles: «We have been planning a concert in Golfo Aranci for some time, I have a house nearby, I come here to buy fresh fish in the morning!».

But what was on stage was a true summary of his career as an artist, with thirty years of music in two hours of show. The Voice senior star Diana Puddu also arrived on stage. There is a deep bond between her and Gigi, made of esteem and admiration. The audience sang, danced, cheered and shared. A success for the municipal administration and for Renato and Gianni Piccinnu's R&G Music, capable of including the Neapolitan singer's only free concert in the summer calendar. On stage with Gigi D'Alessio: Alfredo Golino (drums), Roberto D'Aquino (bass), Pippo Seno (guitars), Ciro Manna (guitars), Checco D'Alessio (keyboards), Lorenzo Maffia (piano and keyboards) and Max D'Ambra (keyboards and programming).
