The field hockey season began with a jam of commitments between league matches, European Cups and national team rallies. But everything was welcomed and greeted with the satisfaction of a resumption of activity at full capacity, after two seasons marked by the health emergency.

Sardines. Five Sardinian teams in the men's A1 series (Amsicora, Cus Cagliari, Ferrini, Juvenilia Uras and HT Sardegna), two in the A1 women's series (Amsicora and Ferrini). From last Thursday with the Cups and Saturday with the first of the championship things started to get serious.

Changes. Some important movements mark the new season: Roberto Carta, coach of the women's national team has left the technical guide of Amsicora. In his place the Argentine midfielder Mariano Tisera assisted on the bench by Roberto Giuliani. Carta is the new sporting director of the Ponte Vittorio club. News also in Ferrini, where Leo Ojeda has assumed the double role of coach and player, with the collaboration of Antonello Caschili. Stefano Tocco remains at the helm of Juvenilia Uras, as does Fernando Jorge on the bench of Cus Cagliari. Confirmed Roberta Lilliu and Maria Alacid respectively coach of Amsicora and Ferrini. Change of shirt for the goalkeeper Trujca and the Egyptian Hassan, from Ferrini to Amesicora. Emiliano Garau has instead left HT Sardinia (formerly Suello) to marry at Cus Cagliari.

Matches already played. First results: third place of the male and female Amsicora at Eurohockey played in the Czech Republic in Plzen and Prague. In the first of the championship she celebrated only Ferrini with the successes in the men's and women's A1. Away defeats Cus Cagliari, Juvenilia and HT Sardinia.
