Afterwards, you can choose original main courses, such as the First Courses with Gragnano PGI Pasta or the Pizzas , whose dough with natural sourdough and type 1 flour is characterized by fragrance and high digestibility. Absolutely worth trying is the Pizza Capocollo from Martina Franca with Buffalo Mozzarella, Turnip Greens, Yellow Datterini Tomatoes or the Pizza Burrata and Cherry Tomatoes with Buffalo Mozzarella, Pacchetelle of Piennolo del Vesuvio DOP Tomatoes, Yellow Datterini Tomatoes, Grana Padano DOP Waffles with Basil.
