The opening night, Thursday, coincided with the opening of the first keg of beer, Paulaner (the official brand of the Munich Oktoberfest) by Pier Paolo Pinna, regional brand manager, Regional Councilor Valdo Di Nolfo, and Gustau Navarro Barba, head of the Alghero office of the Generalitat de Catalunya, who raised the first three steins. At the Ivan Graziani Amphitheater, which houses the venue, where the Bavarian atmosphere reigns, over 1,000 people gathered to eat, drink, and dance until late into the night. The organizers have created a dedicated area for girls and boys aged 4 to 10, run by Spazio-T. Expert educators will engage them through play-theater, social circus, board games, creative activities, and cooperative games, ensuring they enjoy an evening of fun. Today, it will be the turn of "Only the Braves," who will bring to the Alghero stage a repertoire sure to please everyone, from the rock of Queen, U2, Pink Floyd, and Coldplay, to great Italian classics and songs that have shaped music history. Closing out the weekend tomorrow will be Disaji and Tr3mendi. The party will then continue from October 1st to 4th and from October 9th to 11th.
