Agriculture, the commissioner Murgia: "The advances of the CAP 2021 are to be paid"
From the next few days Argea will provide aid for the first 15 thousand applications
The advances of the CAP 2021 are in payment. This was announced by the Councilor for Agriculture of the Sardinia Region Gabriella Murgia.
As early as the next few days, the regional paying agency (Argea - the agency for the management and disbursement of aid in agriculture) will pay the first batch of applications submitted for the first pillar of the 2021 Common Agricultural Policy.
"The first 15 thousand applications for which no blocking anomalies have been detected are in progress. The total amount of payments amounts to approximately 60 million euros. In the coming weeks and in any case by the deadline of November 30 set by European standards - Murgia explained - the investigation of the applications presenting anomalies will be completed and consequently the payments of the advances of the aid will be cleared within the same deadline ".
"These are highly anticipated resources - concluded the representative of the Giunta Solinas - capable of supporting the regional agricultural system in a particularly complex moment".
