Acentro consolidates its primacy in Sardinia as a leading automotive company with the acquisition of two new brands, Citroën and Peugeot. As stated in a company press release, «Enrico Fodde, sole director, celebrates three milestones: 70 years of activity, the thirtieth birthday of his son Giovanni, now fully involved in the management of the company and the imminent centenary of the founder Nanni who still proudly and in good health frequents the premises of his creation».
Acentro has 9 locations, 150 employees, a turnover of over 90 million euros and 17 brands: Fiat, Abarth, Lancia, Alfa Romeo, Jeep, Leapmotor, ProOne (Fiat Peugeot and Citroen Professional), Spoticar, Nissan, MG, EVO, Tiger and IVECO and from today also Citroën and Peugeot. In addition to its increasingly well-known second life product lines: “Km Zero Mai Toccato Asfalto” and “Aziendali La Qualità Vi Stupirà” with a constant stock of more than 500 cars of all brands to choose from.
"At the beginning of 2024, Acentro", the note continues, "presented the results of the most extensive survey ever conducted in Sardinia, aimed at identifying the mobility needs of consumers and their level of satisfaction with the level of quality of sales and assistance services offered by Acentro. The study, carried out by the "Interactive Market Research Institute", was carried out by interviewing 1,000 people across the island".
The results: Acentro ranks first in Sardinia among the 10 main companies in the sector, in terms of notoriety, image, convenience, reliability and quality of service, all criteria that guide consumers in choosing a car dealership. These results have allowed the development of the campaign “You are never number one by chance” that started on January 1, 2024 on all the main media, which, together with the creation of the payoff “Acentro, at the center of mobility” well summarizes the mission of the company, historic but projected into the future of mobility.
