Celebrating the talent of guitar greats, spanning jazz, blues, rock, and pop: on Thursday the 2nd, the Jazzino in Cagliari will turn the spotlight on the Mamust Trio 's sonic journey, featuring star-studded tributes and improvisations. See you at 9:45 PM at the jazz club on Via Carloforte 74 , already busy preparing for the return of the Jazz Club Network in April.

In a trio composed of Rubens Massidda (vocals and guitar), Mauro Mulas (Hammond organ), and Frank Stara (drums), the ensemble was born from the desire to pay tribute to the guitarists who have marked the history of contemporary music, from Hendrix to Clapton , from John Mayer to Satriani , without forgetting jazz masters like Pat Metheny and John Scofield . Therefore, a journey through different eras and genres , in the reinterpretation of classic and iconic songs with a personal and dynamic key.

This is because each piece will be reworked by the group as a true jam band , performing the theme at the beginning and end, with a central section entirely dedicated to the art of improvisation and interplay. With plenty of room for each performer's creativity and alternating instrumental and vocal compositions, the Trio's mission will be to restore the compositional art and expressiveness of the honored musicians , exploring the technical and instrumental aspects of contemporary guitar languages.
