Cagliari is the destination of the new episode of Bruno Barbieri 4 Hotel, coming Sunday 13 October on Sky.

In his usual role as a “pain-in-the-ass customer”, the chef-judge will be guided in this new stage of the competition - a Sky Original production made by Banijay Italia - by four Sardinian hoteliers who, without forgetting the competition, will show the starred chef the true soul of this city.

The hotels and hoteliers in the competition are: Villa Fanny with Lucina, Hotel Aristeo with Luca, Neko Boutique Hotel with Mauro and Hotel L'Ambasciata with Filippo.

The representatives of the facilities, of different price ranges or categories, will spend a day and a night in each other 's hotels; after checking in, for each hotel the starred chef will experience first-hand the welcome, style, cleanliness, hotel services and more generally the hospitality of each hotelier . At breakfast, after checking out, the contestants will judge each other by giving a rating from 0 to 10 out of 5 categories: location, room, breakfast, services, price. Bruno, with his votes, will be able to confirm or revolutionize the verdict resulting from the votes of the 4 protagonists of the episode.
