The Guardia di Finanza of Frattamaggiore (Naples), at the end of investigations coordinated by the Naples North Public Prosecutor's Office , carried out a preventive seizure of over 23 million euros against 29 subjects (between natural and legal persons) residing in the provinces of Naples and Caserta which boasted tax credits related to the facilities provided for by the so-called "relaunch decree".
People who had already collected several million euros by mentioning phantom leases and non-existent business activities . In addition, 50% of the applicants turned out to be recipients or in any case requesting citizenship income.
The deceased person, before the practices, had negotiated benefits for a good 138 thousand euros . The preventive seizure of credits, requested and obtained by the investigating judge and notified by the Fiamme Gialle, - underlines the prosecutor Maria Antonietta Troncone - allowed "the dispersion of public resources through the monetization or the use in compensation of credits to the detriment of the Treasury" .
