At the end of the month, Pierpaolo Marino will conclude his role as director of the technical area of Udinese.

As reported on twitter by Udinese TV, the contract expiring on 30 June will not be renewed and the two parties will separate. The official announcement should arrive within hours.

Marino was manager of Udinese in two distinct phases : the first from 1998 to 2004, a period in which the Friulians won various European qualifications and even a third place in Serie A; the second from 2019 to today.

For the role of sporting director, Federico Balzaretti is about to arrive in Udine, who has held the same position in the last two years at Renzo Rosso's Vicenza, in Serie C.
