"Erdogan is a dictator". The reply arrives: "Draghi is rude"
The number one of Ankara responds to the words of the prime minister
"The statement by the Italian prime minister was a total rudeness, a total rudeness".
This is the reply of the Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan to Mario Draghi, who a week ago called him "dictator ".
Draghi's words had come at the height of the so-called "Sofagate" , which broke out after Erdogan left the number one of the EU Commission Ursula Von Der Leyen without a seat during an official meeting.
Following the sentence of the prime minister, Turkey had summoned the Italian ambassador to formally protest.
