In Italy 28,353 new cases and 827 deaths: intensive care is decreasing

Infections and deaths stable compared to yesterday, excellent signals from hospitals

Stable cases and stable deaths (a very high number) in Italy today. But there is a sharp decrease in hospitalized patients, both in the ordinary and intensive care wards. And this is undoubtedly the best news coming from the bulletin of the Ministry of Health of 27 November.

28,352 new contacts registered (yesterday 29,003) on 222,803 swabs, for a ratio between positives and swabs of 12.7%. The positive / tested cases ratio is growing very slightly, from 26.3% yesterday to 26.7% today. There are 1,538,217 total cases of SarsCov2 since the beginning of the epidemic.

Italy mourns another 827 victims of Covid-19 (yesterday 822), for a total of 53,677. With today's 35,467, the healed rise to 696,647.

The decline in the current positives continues: they are 787,893, 7,952 less than yesterday. Of these, 3,782 are in intensive care (64 fewer in the last 24 hours, yesterday they were -2), 33,684 hospitalized with symptoms (-354, yesterday -275). The remaining 750,427 are in home isolation.

The region with the most infections is always Lombardy (5,389), followed by Veneto with 3,418, Piedmont with 3,149, Campania with 2,924, Lazio with 2,276, Emilia Romagna with 2,165, Puglia 1,737, Sicily 1,566, Tuscany 1,117.
